Hey everyone!
So, my mom's birthday is coming up, and I needed something to give her. I knew I wanted to paint something, but what was I going to paint? Then something came to my mind: you know how some families say "I love you to the moon and back"? Yes, well my mom and I say " I love you all the way through the universe", because we believe that our love is infinite, and that there is no limit to it. Then everything came together: I was going to paint our saying with a galaxy background! For this DIY, you can use any saying or quote you would like, or you don't even have to have one at all. Click below to take see my step-by-step directions. Have fun! -Melissa I just tried out this DIY and I loved it. Making these are simple and addicting. You can do anything with these flowers; hand them off branches, use them as table decorations, or hang them from your ceiling.
Hi everyone! Over this past week I've been working really hard on A mail holder out of felt. I'm not going to go step by step, but I'll show you the basic things you need to know in order to make your own! Basically, you will need felt, 2 buttons, string, scissors, and a needle to sew. Just sew on the pockets, then cut out the letters and sew those on. Then you can add the buttons if you would like. The buttons will make sure nothing falls out :) Let me know in the comments it you have any questions. Enjoy! -Melissa Hi everyone! Here is a beautiful fun and easy heart garland that can be made in no time! First, collect your paper. I used those sample pieces of paper for wall paint, which can be found at The Home Depot and Lowe's. Cut out all of the words, so that there is only the color. Now, fold a piece of paper in half. Cut out half a heart shape into the folded piece of paper. When unfolded, it should look like this: Do this for all of the pieces of paper. Next, get tape the hearts onto a long piece of ribbon or string. Great! Now all you have to do is hang it up. I chose to put it in my room :) Enjoy! -Melissa Hello! My brother recently had a birthday, which I helped set up. Of course, he wanted Minecraft. Get this, throughout the whole party, not one iPad, iPhone, iPod, Laptop, Xbox, computer, Wii, etc. was touched! That's right, no video games! Recently, people have been doing a lot of Miecraft themed birthday parties, so I just thought I'd contribute to it all!
Hi! Below is a great way to redesign shoes. In this example, I added sparkles to my mom's old wedding shoes to give it a "glow". Try it!
